Several feature films related to Lord of the Rings are in preparation, announced Thursday February 23 Warner Bros, the Hollywood studio which had already produced the trilogy with success of Peter Jackson. “The Lord of the Rings is one of the greatest franchises of all time, we can’t wait.”did he declare.

No details were given on the content of the films or the schedule for their release. The Amazon competitor broadcast in 2022 the first season (out of five expected) of a series also adapted from the world of Tolkien, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
