Away from the air for more than three months, radio host Sébastien Cauet is once again at the heart of a scandal. And for good reason, a new complaint was filed against the host last Thursday February 8, according to our colleagues from BFM TV.
The 24-hour news channel specifies that the complainant took legal action to “denounce acts of sexual assault and rape” which allegedly took place more than 30 years ago, in the 90s.
An adult at the time of the alleged facts, the complainant decided to break her silence after hearing Julie’s testimony. A young woman who filed a complaint last November against the host.
A new complainant
In fact, Julie accuses the famous host of having raped her when she was 16 and 24 years old. “It is absolutely necessary that the girls who experienced what they experienced go to the police. I am not asking them to testify in the media. Today, they do not have to be ashamed, and not to have afraid. They need to speak”, she confided in particular during an interview with France 3.
A message which was heard since the new complainant “found the strength” to denounce the 51-year-old man thanks to Julie’s testimony according to BFM TV.
