This Nebbiolo plays with both reserve and authority, then takes off, opening a passageway for the tannins that are essential without however drying up or losing charm for the rest. A red with character, heady and structuring, almost riddled with expression, which would do well here with veal rolls with tomato and mushrooms. (5+) ©
