The Miami Heat traded Kyle Lowry to the Charlotte Hornets on Tuesday.
In return for the former Toronto Raptors star player and a first-round draft pick, the Florida team got their hands on Terry Rozier.

Lowry, 37, had been a member of the Heat since the 2021-2022 season. The Raptors sent him to Miami two years after the American contributed to the first championship in the history of the organization.
This season, the veteran averaged 8.2 points, 3.5 rebounds and four assists per game. He is currently signing a three-year agreement worth a total of $85 million. Before joining the Raptors in 2012, he played for the Memphis Grizzlies and the Houston Rockets.
For his part, Rozier is playing his ninth season in the NBA. The 29-year-old athlete has averaged 23.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game since the start of activities in 2023-2024.
