War in Ukraine: NATO prepares for potential conflict with Russia

Faced with the Russian threat, NATO is continuing its military exercises in the Arctic, in Norway and Sweden. Thirteen countries, including France, are participating in its major maneuvers to dissuade Moscow from attacking.
