A derby to start the season at home? US Orléans, still looking for a victory at the Stade de la Source this season, hosts Berrichonne de Châteauroux this Friday as part of the 6th day of National. A derby with the taste of revenge for the Orleans after two defeats last year against the neighbor. The USO coach will have to deal with the absence of Brandon Agounon, Clément Akpa and Marvin Élimbi.
Second in the standings, Orléans remains undefeated in National. “We can feel the excitement rising around this match”, recognizes Xavier Collin. The USO coach also admits to having prepared differently for this match. “We didn’t necessarily emphasize the notion of the derby last year”, he indicates. For its part, the Berrichonne moves to the Stade de la Source without three of its executives who are suspended: Romain Grange, Opa Sanganté and Bendjaloud Youssouf.
