Leaving this morning from Villefranche-sur-Mer, Nairo Quintana made the difference in the descent of the Col de Saint-Roch by distancing his main competitors. The Colombian rider thus won this 3rd stage and won the Tour des Alpes-Maritimes et du Var. He is preparing, at best, for Paris-Nice which will be held from March 6 to 13.
