Myles Goodwyn, the former singer of the popular Canadian group April Wine, died Sunday at the age of 75, his publicist Eric Alper announced.
The cause of death has not been released.
According to Mr. Alper, Myles Goodwyn was one of the greatest composers of the classic rock era. Her songs helped propel April Wine to international fame.
The group was founded in 1969 in Halifax. He settled in Montreal the following year.
