In a tweet, the prefecture of Seine-Saint-Denis indicates that the decision was taken by the interministerial crisis unit.

In Paris, the last evening of the Fnac Live Paris festival is also canceled on the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville, announces Fnac on Twitter.
