MUSHROOM FLAN
Paris mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms or oyster mushrooms, these cultivated mushrooms are at our disposal for a refined and tasty cuisine so let’s take advantage of them!
You have to know them to prepare them according to their character, texture, cooking, etc.
Per person :
½ ladle button mushrooms*, cleaned and finely sliced
1 tsp butter
Salt and pepper
1 small bowl of stale bread soaked in milk
1 egg
To grease the mold, butter or parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a pan. Off the heat, add the mushrooms and mix well with the melted butter. Season with salt and pepper, mix and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool. Meanwhile, squeeze the bread well and grease the pan. In the cooled skillet add the drained bread, the egg and mix well. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake without preheating. Cook for 30 mins Th 7. Serve hot or cold.
