Delphine, mother of three children from a first marriage and two daughters with Jean-Christophe Piel, files a complaint for “spousal violence and incestuous sexual assault on a 15-year-old minor“Indicted, the man was dismissed on August 16, 8 days before the tragedy.
Also indicted for “counts of rape of 15-year-old minors and incestuous sexual assault on 15-year-old minors“, he was still placed under judicial supervision but the procedure ended on his death, as required by law. Custody interrogations may point the gendarmes down this path. Questioned at the time of the murder, the young woman proclaimed her innocence but had spoken of her fight to the Parisian: “I’m not sad for him, I’m sad for my children. Three of Delphine’s children, two of whom the physiotherapist had adopted, were victims of their father.
