Followed by nearly 220,000 people on his YouTube channel Fragile Production, streamer Mr WaynZ is today accused of very serious acts by several sisters and several former companions. According to newspaper information The Parisian, confirmed by a judicial source, the man was returned to the Paris Assize Court on February 16. Judged for attempted murder, kidnapping, sexual assault but also for rape, violence and fraudhe will be entitled to his trial in a few weeks, from January 31 to February 10, 2023.
Me Mehdi Bouzaïda, the lawyer for one of the plaintiffs, hopes “the full and complete recognition, by the accused, of the facts, their seriousness, and the impact they had” on his client. So far, Mr. WaynZ only recognizes small facts. “Our client disputes all of the acts of rape with which he is currently chargedexplain Mes Raphaëlle Rischmann and Guillaume Halbique, his lawyers. He acknowledges the existence of certain altercations with the civil parties. Notoriety in this case must be considerably put into perspective. In any event, our client denies having had any influence whatsoever. Our feeling is that this file is more the meeting of fragile personalities and dented paths, rather than a file of influence with, at its head, an omnipotent person, as it is possible to imagine him wrongly.“
The list of accusations hovering around Mr WaynZ is long. One of the alleged victims recounts, during the investigation, that she saw him several times in the train to strangle his cats. Another woman made a string of suicide attempts after dating him. A third, who lived with him for 3 years, remembers extreme violence, kicks and punches, rape and kidnapping… including one evening, in September 2017, when she was forced to grab a knife and stick it in his arm, as he strangled him from behind, “not to die“. The two former had then been prosecuted for reciprocal violence, but only the complainant had been taken into custody. They were finally both sentenced, in March 2019, to a four-month suspended sentence.
Mr WaynZ remains presumed innocent of the charges until the final judgment of this case.
