Motorists must plan their trips during the long holiday weekend, due to the major obstacles expected on the Montreal highway network.
In the Saint-Pierre interchange, Highway 20 westbound will be completely closed between exit 63 and the 1st Avenue entrance, from Saturday 12:30 a.m. to Tuesday 5 a.m.
The ramp leading from Highway 138 eastbound to Highway 20 westbound will also be closed during the same period.
Mobilité Montréal is planning on Highway 25 southbound to close exit 4 and the entrance from Sherbrooke Street, from Friday 10 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.
In Laval, Highway 13 northbound will be closed between exit 15 and the Sainte-Rose Boulevard entrance, from Friday 10 p.m. to Monday 6 a.m.
The Laviolette Bridge in Trois-Rivières will be partially closed with only one lane in each direction open to traffic from Friday 8 p.m. to Sunday midnight and from Sunday 6 p.m. to Monday 6:30 a.m.
Also, beginning Tuesday, the ramp leading from Hickmore Street to the eastbound Highway 520 service road will be closed for a week.
