Moroccan justice opens an investigation against the ex-reality TV star for “child kidnapping”!

A short-lived relief… Remember, Saturday September 30, 2023, Ayem Nour spoke after several months of ordeal to let it be known that she and her son Ayvin had finally been able to return to French territory.“My heart looks like a top that doesn’t know where to dance, the emotions that run through me are so strong and intense. The love of my life, my son, Ayvin and I have finally returned to France”, she wrote via her Instagram account.

A few days later, the latter wanted to speak a second time in order to say a little more about her return to France and to point out the behavior of her ex-husband Vincent Miclet: “He doesn’t know how he lives, he doesn’t know what he eats, he doesn’t respond to his messages, he doesn’t answer his calls, he deprived him of his personal belongings, his clothes, his his toys, his papers, his transport tickets, his health record…”she listed to explain to her community that the businessman had refused to give her her son’s identity documents primarily to annoy her.

A return to France that Vincent Miclet in turn commented on through his lawyer, Maître Caroline Wasserman. Thus, the child’s father deplores the fact that his son was “exfiltrated” from Morocco. “This exfiltration was carried out by his mother with the help of the French consulate general at the start of numerous Moroccan court decisions, a consulate which believed it could issue a pass under problematic conditions since it did not at all meet the requirements of the decree of December 30, 2004 relating to the responsibilities of heads of consular posts in matters of travel”, indicated the lawyer of the 58-year-old business man to Le Parisien this Saturday, October 21, 2023.

A misunderstanding to which the French consul responded: “This pass was issued by the child by our services, in consideration of his best interest in returning to his habitual residence,” they notably indicated. However, according to the documents that our colleagues from Parisian have been obtained, Moroccan justice has opened an investigation against Ayem Nour for child kidnapping”.
