The Morlaix football club now has its senior women’s team. Paul Dousset trains 14 players twice a week at the Maurice Marzin stadium (Ploujean in Morlaix). He wants to welcome other players to reach at least 20 players and start the competition calmly at the beginning of October. We are with coach Paul Dousset for this interview.

Reaching a team of at least 20 players would allow the club to finally enter competition. The levels are heterogeneous so no particular profile is sought. Some players come alone or as a team to join SC Morlaix. It is the spirit of camaraderie that attracts them above all. Democratizing women’s football is the club’s objective.
The passion for women’s football is an obvious family sharing for the players. Others played younger and stopped at the senior level.
