The war has consequences beyond Gaza’s borders. More than 76,000 people have been displaced in Lebanon almost three months after the start of violence on the border with Israel, according to new figures published by a specialized United Nations agency. LThe International Organization for Migration ensures that nearly 81% of displaced people are currently housed with relatives. The Minister of Defense presents his plan for Gaza. Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant revealed his plans for the post-war period in Gaza on Thursday evening. International condemnations over comments by Israeli ministers. Saudi Arabia and Qatar have strongly condemned comments by two Israeli ministers calling on Palestinians to leave the Gaza Strip. The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, said “very worried” on this subject, recalling that “international law prohibits the forcible transfer of protected persons within an occupied territory or their expulsion from this territory.”
