It’s absurd“laughs indignantly Laurine, mother of little Louison whom she has brought to support the staff of her nursery. The young mother had to take a day off to look after her son on this day of mobilization but does not regret it: for her the recruitment of staff without the required qualifications in the early childhood sector is a child endangerment. “I refuse to take the risk of leaving my son to people who do not have the necessary qualifications, it’s a profession that can be learned.“Another argument put forward by the protesting professionals:” We already have too little time to take care of the little ones and I would have to find the time to train someone that we would have recruited simply by opening the door!” protests Anaïs, a young childcare assistant.
