Police officers showed up Friday morning in the same area of Deux-Montagnes where they had gone last Tuesday for gunshots.
The shooting occurred near the intersection of boulevard du Lac and 15e Ave.
Last Tuesday, a residence located in the same intersection had already been targeted by firearm projectiles. No injuries were reported.
The Deux-Montagnes police officers raised the possibility that these shots having struck the residence of a family are linked to an arson attack which would have targeted a member of the family of Tony Accurso in July.
The former construction contractor himself lives in this quadrangle.
He had also explained Thursday to The Press to be in no way linked to the shots fired near his house on the night of Monday to Tuesday, in Deux-Montagnes.
The 70-year-old contacted The Pressfurious, to denounce what he claims to be an erroneous association between the event and the proximity of his property, reported in the media.
“Leave me alone. The fact that we live on the same street does not ensure that we are connected, he said during a telephone conversation on Thursday afternoon. There’s no indication that I’m related to this. »
