A survey by the Alliance Against Tobacco shows that more and more young people are trying disposable electronic cigarettes. The association is therefore sounding the alarm.

The Puff is a mini electronic cigarette with a sour taste. It has been a hit for a year with teenagers. “It doesn’t make you think of tobacco or anything at all, it’s really a lot easier somewhere”, explains one of them. There are a multitude of different flavors and colors. On social networks, several influencers are promoting it. The price is affordable, 8 to 12 euros, especially for sucking several hundred puffs.

Teenagers buy them easily in tobacconists, although their sale is prohibited to minors. Indeed, some contain nicotine. According to a survey by Alliance Against Tobacco, 13% of teenagers aged 13 to 16 have tested the Puff and 9% have already purchased it. The association therefore calls for a pure and simple ban on these mini disposable electronic cigarettes.
