In this advertising agency, employees have been allowed for several years to come with their dog. They have been more numerous since the pandemic: about fifteen out of the 300 employees. “After confinement, the number of dogs increased from 50 to 70%. We can see there are a lot of puppies“, confirms Tom Wong, communications director. The idea is attracting more and more companies in the United Kingdom: they would now be more than a third to accept pets. A way also to encourage employees to come back to work at the office.
