The Montreal team in the Professional Women’s Hockey League is becoming the Montreal Victory. The organization made the announcement on its social networks Monday morning.
A new logo was also unveiled to accompany this name change.
In an interview on the show All one morningon ICI Première, striker Catherine Dubois described this new name as “a state of mind” which inhabits the players to aim for “the highest peaks”.
The league’s five other teams simultaneously unveiled their new names and visual identities.

- The Boston Fleet
- Minnesota Frost
- The Ottawa Charge
- The Sirens of New York
Last Wednesday, the Montreal club announced that its main home for the 2024-2025 season will be Place Bell in Laval.
The 2024-2025 LPHF season will feature a 30-game schedule for each team, including games that will be played in neutral arenas.
