The latter is suspected of having taken part, with several suspects, in an armed attack that occurred on the night of May 18 at the stripper bar Le Garage, in Mirabel.
According to our information, Mouhime and the victim, a man in his thirties, knew each other. However, for a still nebulous reason, the young rapper would have brandished a knife to stab the man once, near the heart.
The victim was seriously injured, but the Mirabel police confirm that he is now out of danger. His cooperation during the investigation would have been limited, but thanks to the bar’s surveillance cameras, the police would have quickly identified Mouhime, since he had not thought of altering his physical appearance.
Mouhime appeared at the Saint-Jérôme courthouse on Thursday afternoon, facing three counts of assault with a weapon and causing bodily harm, as well as robbery.

According to our information, Mouhime is linked to the STL street gang, active in the Saint-Léonard sector.
The young man is also currently targeted by an investigation by the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) for at least one violent event that would have been committed since his release from prison, towards the end of March. On Thursday, the SPVM carried out searches in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, Terrebonne, Montreal and Mascouche, where individuals from its “close guard” were handcuffed.
The investigation continues for the Montreal police and charges have not yet been filed. The other suspects were released after being met by investigators, according to our information.
“Of course, we wanted to make our presence felt. Summer is coming, we want to show them that they can hide wherever they want, we will find them,” said a source familiar with the matter.
Mouhime had been in the crosshairs of the police forces since his release, being known for his “risky” behavior which can jeopardize the safety of the population.
Upon his release from prison, VT had also granted an interview to a YouTube channel, where he recounted his last arrest and his time in detention.
