Robert Englund, who played the terrifying Freddy Krueger on numerous occasions, is the first guest of honor announced for the Montreal Comiccon, which will be held from July 5 to 7 at the Palais des congrès.
The actor, also seen in the series V And Stranger Thingswill be accompanied for the occasion by Amanda Wyss and Lisa Wilcox, two other actresses from the films A Nightmare on Elm Streetthe first chapter of which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.
The trio will be present on Saturday July 6 and Sunday July 7 for a photo session and autograph signing, as well as an on-stage discussion.
The unveiling of the rest of the Montreal Comiccon lineup will take place on March 19.
