“Jeshrun’s return is excellent news for the Alouettes. We retain the services of a versatile and determined player, who is appreciated by everyone in the locker room,” said Alouettes general manager Danny Maciocia in a press release.
The 24-year-old also caught six passes for 46 yards, in addition to five special teams tackles, in his first season in the Canadian Football League.
The Alouettes drafted the Albertan in the sixth round in 2019.
He wore the University of Calgary Dinos uniform, lifting the Vanier Cup in 2019, in Quebec.
