(Montreal) A motorcyclist lost his life in a swerve on Sunday in the borough of Saint-Laurent in Montreal.

It was by calling 911 around 2:30 a.m. that the police were notified of the accident which had just occurred on Courval Street, near Hickmore Street and Highway 13.
“At the scene, the police locate the driver of the motorcycle, a 37-year-old man, who is on the ground. Resuscitation maneuvers were attempted, without success, and the death of the driver was unfortunately observed on the spot,” said agent Véronique Comtois, spokesperson for the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).
Everything indicates that the motorcyclist would have lost control of his machine in a curve.
“The scene was protected to allow investigators from the collision investigation section to analyze it. They will try to determine the circumstances and the exact causes of this event,” said officer Comtois.
The SPVM investigation is continuing.
