Montpellier gets back on track with its victory against Toulon

the MHR got scared, but the cistus are indeed leading the championship, while waiting for Clermont-Bordeaux, this Sunday. Philippe Saint-André’s men, in a tough and disputed match in dantesque conditions, at the GGL Stadium, indeed imposed themselves against Toulonthis Saturday (18-16).

No tries scored in playonly a penalty try in favor of the Toulonnais, a lot of faults and kicking, and a big scare after the siren: a final penalty, finally missed by Thomas Salles.

The match was not the best, but it has the merit of allowing Philippe Saint-André’s men to get on the first step and above all to moving forward after the defeat at Castres last week.
