The ski resort has set up a reimbursement plan which has been submitted to its customers.

“Although we are still working on the return to operation, it is currently impossible for us to determine a date for the reopening of the station”, can we read in the message sent to users.

Three options are offered to subscribers, either the full refund of the subscription, the transfer of the season pass for Stoneham or a 15% refund on the price paid while waiting for the reopening plan.

In the transfer option, the managers also offer the possibility of postponing the subscription for the 2023-24 season.

15 day period

Subscribers must complete a form and send their request by email, awaiting a response within a maximum of 15 working days.

Despite the uncertainty, Mont-Saint-Anne is continuing its snowmaking and trail preparation work.

In the short term, the ski resort continues to operate the two training hills.

Remember that the crash of a gondola on Saturday, December 10 raised the concern of users of the mountain inaugurated in 1966.

Last Friday, the Régie du bâtiment du Québec demanded that operations be stopped, requesting an expert report to explain the malfunction of the equipment.
