According to what Steven Goff, of the washington post, the Los Angeles team is currently finalizing the transaction that would allow them to get their hands on the 27-year-old goalkeeper.

Freelance journalist Tom Bogert says Vancouver will receive a $1 million general allocation in return.

Crépeau, one of the best goalkeepers in MLS, hasn’t shown up at the Whitecaps’ camp for the past few days. He would have asked to be exchanged for family reasons.

The Greenfield Park native has been in Vancouver since 2019, when he was acquired from CF Montreal, with whom he only played three games. He made 57 appearances for the Whitecaps.
