The 63-year-old father of TFC captain Michael Bradley lost his job at Los Angeles FC last week after a 12-13-9 season good for ninth in MLS West .

The TFC hopes that the three-time Garber coach of the year will be able to restore the same luster to his training as in the days of Greg Vanney, who left last December to go lead the Galaxy of Los Angeles.

Toronto concluded the season with the 26e MLS record, 6-18-10.

Bradley, who also coached the United States and Egypt, is 182-127-86 in Major League Soccer. He is also ranked third all-time for victories in the North American League, behind Bruce Arena and the late Sigi Schmid.

TFC fired coach Chris Armas on July 3, when the team were 1-8-2. His deputy Javier Perez took over until the end of the season. He was fired on Tuesday.

On Monday, the club fired its vice president of soccer operations and manager Ali Curtis.
