Since November 2013, she has been wearing the strict Super Nanny costume. This somewhat special nanny with tried-and-tested educational methods who restores order and serenity in families overwhelmed by the behavior of their cheeky toddlers. Armed with her little red notebook on which she scribbles the bad habits that she scrupulously points out, Sylvie Jenaly manages to reconcile parents and their children. But two years ago, the most famous nanny of the PAF announced that she wanted to move away from this universe. “To you, friends and loyal viewers… Your Super Nanny is taking a TV break!! I now dedicate myself to other activities. It was a wonderful adventure during these six years, families that will remain forever etched in my heart, and they know it, I love them so much!“, she had declared on Instagram.
In an interview given to our colleagues from Télé Star, Sylvie Jenaly explained what she had done during these two years. “I found my job as a governess which I exercised in a presidential family in Africa for two and a half years. It was something magical, crazy, one more challenge in my career“, she assured before explaining why she had finally chosen to return to the path of homes in difficulty: “Because TF1 and I wanted to find these families in France, Belgium and Switzerland. You know when you have tasted this type of experience, it is difficult to cut yourself off from it.“
But the program’s return to prime-time on TFX was not a great success. While waiting for other new episodes on TFX, Sylvie Jenaly invested the end of Sunday afternoons. But from this Sunday, February 20, 2022, the channel ousts the program and gives way to several sitcom hours. Usually, two episodes were scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 8:40 p.m., but it will ultimately be a series of episodes of Friends and How i met your mother.
