Miss France 2023: Indira Ampiot elected Miss Guadeloupe 2022 against Clémence Botino, sublime in all transparency

This Wednesday, July 27, it was the turn of the Guadeloupe to elect its new Miss for the year 2022. During a ceremony held at the Royal Riviera Hotel, located in the city of Le Gosier, Indira Ampiot stood out and was crowned ahead of Diane Leyre (Miss France 2022), Sylvie Tellier but also Clémence Botino (elected Miss Guadeloupe 2019 before becoming Miss France 2020). The latter was simply sublime in a transparent black outfit, failing to steal the show from the candidates of the evening in contention (see our slideshow). Former beauty queen Corinne Coman was also on the jury.

Indira Ampiot thus succeeds Ludivine Edmond, ambassador of Guadeloupe in 2021. Aged 18, her ambition is to study communication and begin a course in the “design specialized in advertising and visual communication“.

I have the will to succeed, the intention to represent our beautiful island and I am aware of the responsibilities“, she said on election night, as reported in a video of her presentation posted on the Miss Guadeloupe committee’s Instagram account. In any case, the young woman already has her share of fans behind her, who certainly see her winning the national beauty contest next December. “We will win with this beauty“, “Our future Miss France“, “The best candidate to represent Guadeloupe next December, you have all the qualities necessary to win this title“, we encourage it under its various publications Instagram.
