This Thursday, October 19, 2023, the artist took to his social networks to announce a “very cloudy weather”. “It is with great sadness, and as much bitterness, that I must give up the 2024 tour”he initially lamented before indicating: “If the vocal cords are “healed”, they remain damaged by radiation sessions”. Fact, Miossec and his vocal cords will need more time “before you can hold a whole concert”after the latest observations from his doctors.

Miossec, resigned and forced to cancel his tour
He did not fail to apologize to all his fans but also his teams who have been preparing this tour for some time. The 58-year-old singer is expected to perform in Penmarch and Crozon in February, in Morlaix, Plouguerneau, Béthune, Massy, Langon and Sannois in March, our colleagues at Figaro
before specifying that a Parisian date at the Trianon was planned for April 30.
As a reminder, on September 1, the singer had already taken to his social networks but this time, to announce a “clear sky”. “Vocal cord cancer cured. Resumption of tour throughout the country at the beginning of 24, here we go again”, he proudly declared. For the moment, he does not yet know when he will be able to return to the roads but everyone hopes that this will happen as quickly as possible.
