“Public Health recommends that I be isolated until December 25 following a positive result for COVID-19, which I will obviously do. I should point out that I have been placed in administrative segregation since Monday, December 13. My family is doing well, ”he said on Twitter.
If he had confirmation that he was infected with COVID-19 only on Wednesday, his office indicates that he was placed in voluntary isolation on Monday, after being tested.

Thus, he was not in person at the Council of Ministers held in Quebec on Wednesday.
