For good reason… the famous chef and owner of the Minoist estate had the pleasant surprise of discovering baby birds just out of their shells in his workshop. A birth that he did not hesitate to share on his social networks. On the tender photo published in story, the 1478 subscribers of the husband of Mimie Mathy could see four small yellow beaks and several balls of hair in the center of a well-stocked nest. Enough to melt internet users.

As a reminder, the star of Josephine, guardian angel and her husband have recently embarked on a crazy adventure. Both have acquired a sublime wine estate located in Vaison-la-Romaine, in the Vaucluse. “Our biodynamic wine estate on two hectares is called Minoist (contraction of Mimie and Benoist) and it is on the menu of some great starred chefs like Anne-Sophie Pic”,confided the actress in the columns of TV Star in August 2022.
A few weeks earlier, Jean-Luc Reichmann’s sidekick had also taken over his Facebook account to announce the happy news. “The Minoist adventure continues with the arrival of ‘Le Petit Minoist’. I wanted with this new expression of the domain to pay homage to my wife without whom, Minoist would not exist. This is why I took over the design of our wedding invitation which schematizes us!”, noted the couple proudly.
Since then, the passionate cook-winemaker enjoys sharing his daily life on the networks. “By living this passion, I give meaning to my life. Whatever I do as work in the vineyards or in the cellar, I have the feeling that I ‘nourish’ my body and my soul with these unique moments even if sometimes c physically tough (and besides, I’m not 20 anymore!) My vines make me grow. They give me happiness, make me proud and icing on the cake, give me a wine that I love. I wish you all to live a passion / work as I have been living it for 10 years already”, he confided on June 4th. One thing is certain, it is that Mimie Mathy, like Benoist Gérard, are fulfilled.
