We meet an artist from the region. Mileg experiments with materials and especially sands, the textures of which fascinate her. One of the canvases of Mileg that we share with you today in photo was made with the sand of the Sahara, exactly the same that repainted our cars and redecorated our streets a few weeks ago (in March 2022).
My sands come from all over the world, their natural colors are preserved, even if they are included in acrylic backgrounds of close shade. They are from each of my compositions. I have a “sand library” that I have fed for years, during trips to near and far lands.
