In Top chef, it was his celery-apple kebab with salted butter caramel and a lemon panna cotta/celery stalk gel that made the difference. An association that seduced Philippe Etchebest, who integrated him into his brigade.
At home, Mickaël Braure is certainly just as creative in delighting the taste buds of his beautiful Amandine and their adorable little boy. On social networks, family photos are rare. On Instagram, the first appearance of the young blond dates from August 2020. Father and son appear from behind in the middle of nature. In legend, Mickaël Braure specifies that he is unavailable due to vacation. On Facebook, other pictures with the little boy, aged 3 and a half and whose first name is not revealed, are shared.
