He returns to television with his dinner show, formerly “93, Faubourg Saint-Honoré”, which has changed address, and which is now located at “214, Rue de Rivoli”. And to explain: “At the time, the channels were asking us for ideas. Today, when you go to sell an idea to a channel, they wonder how they’re going to say no to you. All the energy they have is used for how we can deny him his idea. Isn’t it better to buy an American format, that way we don’t take any risks? Today we are there. At the time, I remember Marie France Brière, Hervé Bourges, who said to me ‘Thierry, find us some ideas’! This is fantastic“.
