We had, a few days ago, to receive Michel Drezewiecki member of the association La Clé du Champs. With him we had presented this great banquet, the banquet of the world which was taking place in Saint-Jacques de la Lande.
Michel Drezewiecki told us that he loves to eat and cook. So we opened the door to the studio to him and we will come back in particular to his Polish origins. This will allow us to glean perhaps one or two original recipes.
