August 2, 2022 will mark the 30th anniversary of the disappearance of Michel Berger. A self-taught pianist, Berger has become one of the best ambassadors of Pop music in France in his 28-year career. France Bleu pays tribute to him through an audio series in 40 episodes.
Singer-songwriter, Michel Berger turns into a pygmalion for France Gall to whom he offers six albums but also for Johnny Hallyday for the time of a “Rock’n’roll attitude”. With his acolyte Luc Plamondon, he gave birth to two rock operas including starmania.
For 30 years, his songs have always been conjugated in the present as the feelings they release still resonate in each of us.
