The interruption in service affected the orange (between Snowdon and Beaubien stations), green (between Angrignon and Frontenac stations) and yellow lines (between Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke and Berri-UQAM).

The presence of smoke forced the evacuation of the metro Thursday morning. “For other travel options, use the route planner by unchecking the metro option,” suggests the STM to its users.

The situation recovered around 9 a.m. for the orange and yellow lines. Service continued to be interrupted on the green line due to a train failure. “For reasons beyond our control, we must extend the interruption of service until 10:15 am. Every effort is made to ensure that service is returned as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding, ”states the STM.
