men and women cyclists will pass through the Dordogne in 2023

The cyclists engaged in the Tour de France will pass through the Dordogne, both men and women. Male cyclists first during the 8th stage of the Grande Boucle between Libourne (Gironde) and Limoges (Haute-Vienne). We do not yet know the exact route of the 201 kilometer course but the teams will pass through Périgord Vert to reach Haute-Vienne.

The last time the men’s Tour de France stopped in the Dordogne was in 2017 for the 178-kilometre 10th stage between Périgueux and Bergerac. The cyclists had notably passed through Montignac.

An arrival in the Dordogne for the 2nd women’s Tour de France

Then on July 25, during the 3rd stage of the women’s Tour de Francethe cyclists will finish the third stage in Montignac-Lascaux
