Matthew Seminoff had two goals and an assist in the game, Logan Stankoven had four assists, and the Kamloops Blazers outscored the Peterborough Petes with a 10-2 victory.

The Blazers tried their luck on goal much more than the Petes, since they struck 49 times, against 30 for their opponent.
“I thought the guys were really focused today,” said Blazers bench boss Shaun Clouston. They didn’t do anything. From the first face-off, we wanted to get into checking…and I thought the guys did a great job. »
Liam Sztuska stopped 22 of 27 shots in 30 minutes. Michael Simpson succeeded him in the game and stopped 15 shots.
The Blazers started off strong with Ryan Michael opening the scoring after 5:14 into the first period.
Fraser Minten added a goal four minutes later on the power play.
At 13:18 minutes into the game, Ashton Ferster gave the Blazers a good cushion, making it 3-0, with assists for Shea Van Olm and Jakub Demek.
During the second period, Seminoff scored a power-play goal after 35 seconds. Dylan Sydor, Logan Stankoven and Demek added three more goals in seven minutes, before Hayes reduced the scoring for the Petes, aided by Brennan Othmann and Samual Mayer.
Finally, in the third period, Connor Levis scored after 1:55 of play, Seminoff then scored his second goal of the game, and Ryan Hoffer completed the offensive festival for the Blazers.
Quinton Pagé added a final goal 23 seconds from the siren for the Petes.
