Melodies by Fauré in Caen.

Singer Cyrille Dubois and pianist Tristan Raës met at the Paris Conservatory. And for 10 years, they have continued to work together, to do recitals, to discover repertoire.

For this recital in Caen, they have chosen to take an interest in the repertoire of Gabriel Fauré, poems by Verlaine, Hugo or Baudelaire which have been set to music by the composer. Little melodies that speak of sadness, love or travel.

There was a real work on the words that were put to music, and the choice was made to whisper the texts in the ears of the spectators. A recital that will touch your soul.
