Meghan Markle ‘scared’ that Archie and Lilibeth discover her former passion

In 2020, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle launched the Foundation Archwell, a non-profit organization whose main goal is to “simply do good”. It has been three years since the couple carried out actions and organized events to help associations or program summits in order to provide a kind voice on certain subjects.

This Tuesday, October 10, 2023, they were gathered for a summit on World Mental Health Day. On this occasion, the 42-year-old former actress spoke to express her fear that her two children would one day join social networks, due to their harmful effects on young people.

Even though our children are very young – they are two and a half and four and a half years old, we realize that social networks are not going to disappear. I feel scared by the way things keep changing.” she declared. “I think by design there was an entry point that was supposed to be positive in creating community and something evolved” she added, insinuating that social networks have become something very negative over the years.

If Meghan Markle no longer seems to be a big fan of social platforms, she was once passionate about Instagram. As a reminder, just before marrying Prince Harry, the American actress was at the head of a blog and an associated Instagram account, followed by millions of people. Recipes, wellness tips, beauty advice… the Duchess of Sussex shared her daily favorites.

During her speech, Meghan Markle also brushed aside the rumors of separation with Prince Harry by declaring: “Being a mother is the most important thing in my entire life… apart from being a wife of course of this one” turning at this moment towards her husband.
