He has invented a revolutionary material.”continues Laurence Boulet. “Facing him is Cicero, the mayor of the city, who is totally opposed to Caesar’s ideas.”she explains. A Russian satellite will fall on the city and force everything to be rebuilt. “The film’s budget is huge, exceeding $100 million.”concludes the journalist.
