For seniors who have lost their jobs, it is sometimes difficult to find work. At 58, Franck Sempastous comes out of two years of unemployment after an economic layoff. For three weeks, he prepares to become a store manager. “It’s almost a gratitude and a thank you, this work. (…) It’s almost a resurrection for me”, confides the latter. He is trained by employees younger than him. “Even more challenging” according to Julien, who trains him.
