Bernadette and Alain Cassagnau, as well as Anaïs and Joffrey, their children, raise cattle, and grow cereals and vegetables. They raise Blondes d’Aquitaine, and produce “mother-fed veal.” On the farm between Garlin and Arzacq they also grow the “Béarn bean-corn”. For vegetables, they are chosen according to the recipes of the cooked dishes: pumpkins, courgettes for soups, but also green beans, peas, aubergines, tomatoes, peppers for canned vegetables.
Les Délices de Nanou: farm products transformed into local cooked dishes
