“Me, the egos of TV presenters…”, Magali Ripoll cashes in on her boss, Nagui

A few months ago, when he decided to hand over the show “Everyone plays with memory” on France 2 to Julia Vignali, Nagui explained that he was delighted to spend more time behind the camera in production than in front as a host. And “Do not forget the lyrics” remains to this day his last daily meeting with the public. The proof, assures his long-time colleague, Magali Ripoli, is that he does not have an unhealthy relationship with his notoriety.

“Me, the egos of the animators…”

Invited on the set of Sam Zirah’s show, the singer and musician explained what she thought of her boss’s personality. For her part, she admits that she is herself “not receptive” to the oversized ego of some. In fact, it ensures: “Me, the egos of hosts, presenters or singers, I have had to deal with that since I was very young, because I have been doing this job for a long time, and I have never taken it into account “.

And added: “That is to say that if I work with someone who has an oversized ego and he doesn’t leave room for others and well too bad, it’s his place, it’s his job, I don’t I don’t have to be affected by that. And I’ve always learned to detach myself from that.”

Nagui “has no ego fragility”

Fortunately, she also says: “this is not at all the case for Nagui”. And Magali Ripoli is not the only one to think so, within Nagui’s teams, obviously. She indeed testifies: “And then we talk about me, but there are 14 musicians in this show, and he highlights all the musicians, he speaks to everyone”. To conclude, the paf star shares about Mélanie Page’s husband, “I don’t think he has any egoic fragility, no.”
