“Me, I respect people!”, Jean-Luc Reichmann reveals in “C à vous” what he categorically refused to TF1

For 14 seasons now, the show “Les 12 Coups de Midi” has been a ratings success. But will Jean-Luc Reichmann be back at the helm of the program next year? Columnist Jonathan Cohen did not hesitate to ask him the question this Monday, February 5, 2024 on the set of the show “C à vous” on France 5. Against all expectations, Jean-Luc Reichman then responded: “I’m continuing the 12 Coups de Midi next year! Yes… you know if TF1 accepts me, apparently it seems to be going very well at the moment. Imagine that I have an appointment in two weeks with the bosses!”.

“This will be the fifteenth season and I have ten years of “Watch the Way Forward…. They trust me, it’s crazy that a channel trusts you like that. There is real mutual work and there is real respect and real loyalty. It works both ways so for now it’s going well…” he added proudly.

Jean-Luc Reichmann also provided some details about his collaboration with the channel: “It’s working really well, for the next seasons, we just need to put two or three details in place. They would like me to record more shows per day, I respect people and I try to remain the little one craftsman that I am at my small level”.

The host who also embraced a career as an actor then revealed that he recorded more shows per day to be able to free up and perform in the theater every evening. “Yes like that, I’m at peace and we’re relaxed until November 2027. And then for a month and a half I’m no longer filming to devote myself to Léo Matteï because that’s our baby with Nathalie”.
