ME AND CIE: the world of drag will be demystified in the docu-reality “The Agency”

The world of drag will be at the heart of the new docu-reality “L’agence” on the MOI ET CIE channel, whose production has just started.

“The Agency” will focus on the Midor agency, co-founded by Michel Dorion, a drag queen known for his impersonations of our national Celine Dion. Midor represents a dozen drags, which the docu-reality will follow during their performances, which increasingly take place outside the Village, in Montreal.

The girls are indeed called upon to shine in places where one would not believe to have the chance to cross them, in particular in conventions of funeral parlors, extravagant marriages in Laval, Chinese restaurants of Hochelaga, campsites in Abitibi or western festivals.

“”The Agency” is a series that is at once funny, human and astonishing which will make us discover, from a new angle, a captivating environment,” said the Senior Director of Channels and Programming at Groupe TVA, Nathalie Fabien.

The 12 half-hours will be directed by Simon Sachel (“Star Académie”, “A zoo like no other”) and produced by Productions Déferlantes, in collaboration with Quebecor Content.
